Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate staff
Great visitors, handle their inquiries, and direct them them tot he appropriate person
Mail news letter, promotional materials, and other information.
Make copies of correspondence and other printed material
Help on projects, and contribute to committee and team work.
