Job Description :
- Surface preparation and detail masking of parts
- Set up equipment and paint
- Prepare and hang parts for powder coat application
- Powder coating paint application
- Inspection for quality assurance and correct quantities
- Custom packaging of parts
- Start up, cleanup, and shutdown of booths, washers , and ovens for painting
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Ability to work independently, in a team, and with members of additional teams
Required Qualifications :
- Eager to learn about powder coating application
- Detail oriented with a mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn
- Adaptability to changing requirements
- Capacity to operate a forklift and overhead crane once hired direct with company (will be trained)
- Good communications skills
- Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs when needed
- A desire to be a part of a productive team
