1st Shift Finishing

Candidates must have a willingness to learn and participate in manufacturing processes while working to achieve top quality. The candidate must be flexible to schedule, commit to, and work overtime.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Positions on 1st shift, but shift may vary based on customer demand.
- Able to spray finish. (Training provided)
- Must be detail oriented.
- Regular lifting and maneuvering and positioning of chairs up to 20 pounds.
- Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting.
- Cell environment requires working at a steady pace with scheduled breaks.
- Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Able to use hand held power tools with accuracy and precision.
- Able to assist in training temporary employees
Qualifications:
High school Diploma or GED required
Previous finishing experience is a plus
Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
