Job Description :
Time Staffing is seeking production associates for a client in Findlay, OH. Pay rate starts at $12.00/hour. Positions are temp to hire - including a $1,000 sign on bonus after hire. In addition, pay rate is increased after hire to $12.80/hour with piece rate.
Duties of Production Associate may include:
- Industrial sewing of fabrics – operating a foot pedal sewing machine where the machine does most of the work.
- Feed fabric through a sewing machine at an industrial level
- Spray glue finishing
- Stapling overlapped fabric ends
- Use of hand tools
- Cutting of fabric and upholstery
- Assembly plastic products that the interior fabric products get placed on
- Injection molding/compression molding
