3rd Shift General Production

Saw Operators operate saws ,forklifts, and banding equipment. As part of their duties, they are responsible for inspecting parts to verify the parts meet customer specifications. This verification process includes documenting the inspections on charts and graphs . They are also responsible for keeping accurate counts for production and inventory purposes. Their duties include keeping the machine and work area clean.

EDUCATION-While a high school diploma or equivalent is desired, it is not required or this position. Basic Math skills (such as addition, subtraction,multiplication,division,and percentages) are tested and considered as part of the hiring process.  Basiccomputerskillsarenecessary.Theapplicantmustbe18yearsofageoroldertobeconsideredforhiringeligibility.

EXPERIENCE -No previous metal working experience is necessary for this position. Previous work in a manufacturing environment and CNC training considered a plus.

TRAINING-On the job training will be provided.  The training will include:

•     Quality Orientation

•     Safety Rules and Programs

•     Equipment Operation(Supervised by Qualified Operator)

•     Wire Bender Operator Work Instructions

•     Quality Procedures Required for Wire Bender Operator

•     Forklift Training
