Time Staffing has partnered with a new company in Bowling Green, OH! This company is a custom injection molding manufacturer. They are looking for motivated individuals for Assembly Operator positions. This position is responsible for making a quality product within production standards that will be shipped to the customer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate with operators from previous shift to receive important job information
• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
• Inspect and pack the product in accordance with the job pack
• Inspect the parts and sort by means of visual inspections to ensure defect-free
• Maintain the work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in orderly condition
• Provide accurate scrap counts at the end of the shift
• Simultaneous use of hand tools and parts
• Communicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors when there are issues
• Complete all other duties, as assigned
Required Qualifications :
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have the ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment, which includes long periods of standing, occasional walking, and some light lifting
• Must have the ability to read and comprehend written English
• Must be able to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
• Regular on-site attendance is required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Must be able to stand for the entire scheduled shift
