Job Description :
HIRING IMMEDIATELY for Inspectors of Automotive parts in Defiance Ohio.  

Must be able to stand for 10.5-hour shift

Must have a good eye and pay attention to detail.

Inspection Experience is a plus!

 Operate CNC Machines




JOB DUTIES & GOALS:

1.             Operates machinery and equipment with minimal supervision


2.             Follows the tool change schedule.


3.             Utilizes mics and gauges to measure and assure conformance & product quality.


4.             Completes & maintains all records and logs.


5.             Assists in resetting dull or damaged cutters.


6.             Communicate problems to shift supervisor.


7.             Work safely.


8.             Maintain housekeeping.


9.             Follow all rules


10.          Attend training classes as required.


11.          Perform all misc. duties as assigned.


12.          Maintains Quality & Production requirements.


13.          Provide feedback on the process, work instruction, and quality performance/concerns.


 


INTERACTION:

At a minimum the following requirements must be met before Operator can accept product & be without “c” Operator or above Trainer.  Employee must be trained and demonstrate and competent on the following Company procedures:
