Machine Operation 1st Shift (Training)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Know and maintain expected manufacturing quality requirements. Ensure all products meet quality standards and report all quality problems to Shift Coordinator for correction. Maintain expected manufacturing quantity requirements.
Must be able to read, understand and follow all required paperwork and documentations. Ensure proper paperwork is located at workstation (work orders, tally sheets, work instructions, etc.) and correctly complete all paperwork (tally sheets, CTTP daily records, quality check sheets as required, etc.)
Ensure all required equipment (check fixtures, tools, etc.) are located at workstation for processing current production.
Must be able to communicate with oncoming shift all manufacturing changes or quality issues.
Must be able to take direction and work collectively with the Shift Coordinator. Maintain housekeeping and inform Shift Coordinator/Supervisor of all safety issues.
Must be a team type worker. Assist other employees as needed or designated.
Good physical agility, legible handwriting and good math skills required.
