Job Description :
Openings in Findlay, OH at Automotive plant for Production Associates. Will work on 1st shift in the beginning - transitioning to 2nd shift eventually. Must be able to successfully perform 5 different production jobs while producing quality parts. Jobs entail robotic welders, press operation, assembly and other duties as assigned.
**OPPORTUNITY FOR FULL-TIME HIRE**
Upon being hired in by the company, pay increases as followed:
$13.50 - When hired
$14.75 - After 3 months
$15.75- After 6 months
$13.50 - When hired
$14.75 - After 3 months
$15.75- After 6 months

Required Qualifications :
Must be able to stand on concrete floors for full shift. Must be able to push, pull, reach overhead, bend to the floor and use hands/arms. Must be able to lift 40 pounds continuously. Certain positions may require lifting up to 60 pounds continuously. Ear plugs are required in the plant due to high noise levels from stamping presses.
