Job Description :

General Summary:This position is responsible for providing office administration and data analysis for plant staff.











Primary Results Achieved by a Competent Performer





      • Processing payroll: Entering new employees, making changes within ADP, processing overtime, payroll deductions & PIP Hour calculation

      • Absenteeism & vacation tracking

      • Assist in developing performance management data

      • Assist in tracking EEOC data

      • New hire orientation: completion of new hire paperwork, new hire file set-up, training new employees on employee handbook

      • Assist developing job descriptions

      • Coordinating OJT training documentation

      • Coordinating training events

      • Training matrix development & maintenance

      • Assist with ISO 14001 program development

      • Assist with ESH training and program development

      • Provides data analysis of plant metrics

      • Assists plant staff with data analysis of key metrics

      • Provides project management administrative support to plant staff

      • Employee Communications: Communication boards & assisting with communication meetings

      • Uniform program

      • Safety boots, safety-Glasses, Eye appointments

      • Employee file organization & maintenance

      • Service Awards

      • Employee recruitment:  running job ads & internal Postings

      • Run monthly cycle count reports and file for management review

      • Run inventory reports and file for management review

      • Responsible for updating and maintaining supplier scorecards

      • Run additional monthly reports as needed for management review

      • File invoices and receipts

      • Maintain office supplies with focus on cost reduction

Required Qualifications :
 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required for Competence


·         Associates Degree in business or equivalent experience


·         5-7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment


·         Advanced Microsoft office experience


·         Advances Excel spreadsheet applications experience
