Third shift Bakery Processing operator
As a processing operator you will :
Operate processing and bakery equipment while following established quality guidelines
Read and understand batch sheets
Properly mix ingredients
Monitor correct temperature and moisture requirements and make adjustments during the baking process
Record processing data such as temperature and raw material weights
Properly shut down equipment and perform required preventative maintenance
Operate material handling equipment (fork lift/pallet jack)
